The Photo That Comes Out of the Printer
The photo booth is a separate module and it works in two places: on the iPad or iPhone in the booth and on the PC you already have inside it.
On the iPad in the Booth
Single Photo or a Strip of 2, 3 and 4 Shots
With a countdown between shots, so nobody is caught halfway through a pose.
The Template, Live on Screen
The guest sees themselves with the event overlay on while they pose. Nobody is surprised by the result.

Do I Need Internet at the Event?
No. You can record offline and keep the videos on the device. When the connection is back, they upload on their own.
Does It Work with My Booth?
Yes: 360 Photo Booth Premium, Overhead, with an iPad and Glambot. You do not have to change your gear, only the app that runs it.
How Long Does the Event Gallery Last?
The videos are there to watch and download for 30 days. In Snap360Web you control the access and the storage.
Can I Use My Own Music and My Own Overlays?
Yes. You upload your audio files, your intros, outros and overlays, and you can also generate new ones with AI.
Can I Try It Before Paying?

Does Snap360 Work Without Internet?
Yes. You can record offline and the videos are kept on the device. When the connection is back, they upload and are delivered as always.
Can I Connect a GoPro Camera?
Yes. You connect the GoPro by USB or over wifi, you control it from the phone and you record with its image quality, and the footage goes into the same editing and delivery flow as the rest of the videos.
How Are the Overlays Generated with Artificial Intelligence?
You describe the idea in your own words and the app generates the overlay in seconds. The Pro Plan includes 10 welcome SnapCoins when you subscribe to SNAPPHOTO, PRO or DIAMOND PRO, one time only, and 3 as a sample on the Free Plan. You can review the result and change it before using it at the event.
How Much Storage Is Included?
From 4 GB on the Pro Plan and up to 15 GB on Diamond Pro. The event gallery stays available for 30 days.
Does It Work on iPads and Tablets?
360 video does: on iPads and on Android tablets, with an interface built for a big screen, not a phone app stretched out. The photo booth (SNAPPHOTO Plan) runs on iPads and on iPhones, not on Android tablets. It is the usual setup for photo booths with an iPad and a ring light.
Can I Really Print at the Event?
Yes, and in two different ways. On Windows the DNP printer is wired to the PC and the software drives it with a preview and a print counter. On an iPad it goes through AirPrint, with the printer published on the booth network.
Does the SNAPPHOTO Plan Include 360 Video?
No, and that is on purpose. SNAPPHOTO is the photo module and PRO is the 360 video one. If you work both, DIAMOND PRO is the only one that puts them in the same account.
Is the Windows Licence the Same as the App Plan?
No. The Windows software is installed on the booth computer and is bought separately, with its own price. The app plan covers the iPad and the phone.
Do I Need a DSLR for the Photo?
Yes, and it is the one we recommend: the quality a photo booth is asked for comes from a DSLR. We support Canon EOS by cable, with almost the whole range supported, both on the iPad (with its adapter) and on the Windows PC.
Can I Show the Shots on the TV at the Event?
Yes, from Android. You mirror the phone screen on the TV, over wifi with Google Home or with an HDMI cable, and then you press «Present to TV» inside the app: your guests watch every shot as it lands.
